Storm Water Management

Since 2004, the State of New Jersey has required more stringent management of storm water runoff.  All land development projects need to consider storm water management as part of the scope.  If you plan to disturb less than one acre of land and add less than 1/4 acre of new impervious cover, then your responsiblities are lowered.  However, if you exceed these thresholds, your project is considered 'major development' by the State and a more sophisticated approach is required.  Whether major or non-major development, MCB Engineering Associates provides the services necessary for storm water management.
