Land Subdivision

 

Just like it sounds, land subdivision is the act of dividing land into smaller pieces.  There are many reasons to do this.  Typically though it is associated with the desire to create smaller building lots out of a larger tract.  There are two types of subdivision, minor and major. MCB Engineering Associates performs services related to both kinds of land subdivision, including the preparation of subdivision plans and attendance to the local planning or zoning board.
