Individual Lot Development

 

This is just what it sounds like, development on an individual lot.  This is typically associated with the development of one single family home.  Individual lot development plans are probably the most common service we provide to our 'non-developer' clients. These plans illustrate where a house is being built, provides an analysis of the relevent zoning criteria and provides grading, drainage and other important site planning information.
